Antenna Makes the Fast 50 for Fourth Consecutive Year
Antenna has again been named to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s annual list of the 50 fastest-growing private companies in the Twin Cities. We made our first appearance on the list, which is based on revenue growth over the past three years, in 2014, and we’re thrilled to make the list again. This year we came in at #21. It’s an honor for us to be in such great company — this list is comprised of an outstanding group of diverse companies and industry leaders that are driving rapid change in the local business community and beyond.
Thank you to all our amazing consultants who have contributed to our success. You are the center of what we do, and we have achieved this accomplishment together.
Learn more about this award and what’s behind our growth from our CEO, Brendon Schrader, in an interview with the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
What’s been the biggest challenge managing a fast-growing company? The biggest challenge of managing a fast-growing company is making the right investments in talent and ensuring that your teams have the tools, training and support for the next step of growth.
Has the jobs/skills gap impacted your company’s growth? We have found that the growing prevalence of independent work has led to more opportunities for talent and new options for corporations to engage skilled talent to help solve critical issues.
What went right last year? Last year we adopted the Entrepreneurial Operating System to help us manage growth and plan for the future. This system has helped us calibrate the business for success. We also started a community giving program called Good Works that donates one meal for every hour our consultants work.
What is your No. 1 priority for the year ahead? We continue to invest in our internal infrastructure and capabilities to accommodate growth in the form of systems, process, tools and talent.
What scares you most about the year ahead? The macro-economic and geopolitical climate. Although the majority of business indicators are positive, it continues to be challenging to reasonably anticipate how government policies or macro-economic conditions could impact the market.
