Antenna Makes the Inc. 5000 for Third Consecutive Year
How’s your 2016 going?
At Antenna, 2016 has been great so far:
We launched our Good Works program to turn our team’s hard work into a real impact on our community. This month, we held our first Good Works team volunteering event at Second Harvest food bank. And, we are well on our way to our goal of providing 100,000 meals this year to families in need.
This year, we hit another major milestone: 100 Antenna consultants engaged on client assignments. Ten years after we launched Antenna, we’re seeing a continued need for talented, dynamic on-demand marketers in Twin Cities organizations, and we’re continuing to scale as we meet that call. We’ve also worked with clients across the country in New York, San Francisco, Boston and Chicago.
Beyond our own community, people are taking notice of Antenna’s great work. We were named the 18th largest consulting firm in Minneapolis by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, and we’re honored to be the only firm on the list with a sole focus on marketing.
Finally, we have made the Inc. 5000 list for the third consecutive year. We were honored to make the list in 2014 and 2015, and this year it’s just as exciting.
Being named to the Inc. 5000 is a direct reflection of our consultants' hard work. They are the face of our brand, and our growth is fueled by the collective work of all the great people we have here at Antenna.
As our team grows and we look ahead, we’re focused on maintaining a close-knit community of consultants. We continue to offer quarterly training and development sessions on topics ranging from marketing automation to brand marketing. We host a private online consultant forum to share questions, challenges and ideas. And even though our team is spread throughout many different organizations, we always looks for ways to stay connected, build relationships and recognize our teams. We celebrate birthdays, success stories and project milestones and continue to nurture our shared traditions.
