REMOTE - Marketing Communications Content Specialist

Antenna is hiring a Marketing Communications Content Specialist for one of our clients. Candidates need experience working in a marketing and communications team and will be asked to be a thought partner and leader for the team. All work is done 100% remote for this one year contract with a high likelihood to extend.


Requirements

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Ideally 4-6 years of experience, open to candidates with 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Digital Asset Management (i.e., Adobe Assets, CELUM): Collect, document, and facilitate consistent management and maintenance to meet business needs
  • Serve as the content custodian to key stakeholders to drive the completeness, accuracy, consistency, and cataloging of approved assets to ensure effectiveness in downstream applications
  • Partner with Marcomm to complete metadata and prep asset folders to expedite and meet project deadlines
  • Digital Asset Routing and Approval management (i.e., Adobe Assets): Lead and manage review processes to support key programs and division needs
  • Act as a liaison to division and Marketing & Sales Center stakeholders to ensure projects are complete and meet compliance standards and business requirements
  • Lead training for new Digital Asset Management and Digital Asset Routing and Approval users, identify process improvements and report on process performance
  • Work cross-functionally within the Global Marketing & Sales Center, cross-divisionally and cross-functionally to consistently monitor and improve the content review/approval and digital asset management systems, processes, and workflows
  • Serve as the primary contact for digital content system and status questions, and guide Area asset development
  • Create, administer, and maintain standards and guidelines, training materials, policies, procedures, and other supporting documents for internal and external stakeholders developing and approving assets
  • Create and administer internal communication tools like Intranet site content, Yammer content and emails, as needed
