Antenna is hiring a Marketing Associate for a fully remote one year contract. This role is open to support product marketers in the Advanced Wound Care and Surgical Site Management portfolios. It will be essentially be a right-hand resource for these global product marketers that own the portfolios as well as branding, pricing and driving the growth for this business.

The main things this role will focus on in the near term will be around executing the rebranding efforts. They are honing in on transitioning their branding and the product marketers need support to make this transition successful. Including helping drive consistency in brand transition, updating assets, working through approval systems, updating trademark sheets, and overall building out how to get to the end state with overall consistency and optimization as they move to becoming one organization.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Integration Leader, the Global Integration Marketing Associate will contribute to the success of critical priorities by assisting portfolio rebranding efforts to deliver consistent branding across marketing assets to minimize customer confusion.

The person in this role will support Global Portfolio teams in implementing rebranding initiatives, Additionally, this individual will identify opportunities for increased collaboration and support to strengthen processes. The ideal candidate is a proven expert in marketing and portfolio management, who stays on top of industry and consumer trends, competitive positioning, and best practice portfolio management strategies.


  • Compile and finalize global data hierarchy for rebranding efforts
  • Work on rebranding updates to digital assets and assist in new asset needs
  • Collaborate with Celum team to link images/brochures to rebranded product pages
  • Manage consistency and alignment of portfolio information in global files
  • Update files for new product development work
  • Shepherd assets through content approval
  • Assist Areas with rebranding initiatives
  • Help manage and update claims sheets
  • Assist with marketing plans. Assemble data analytics for market trends, business performance, customer requirements, competitive benchmarking.
  • Gather, assemble, and monitor secondary industry/market information on various metrics such as sales, pricing, new product introductions, market coverage, trial and loyalty, and competition performance. Create standard reports and summaries.


  • Data-driven self-starter with demonstrated competency in marketing
  • Effective team player with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project and process leadership – comfortable establishing and leading processes to ensure teams/projects stay organized and on track
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Lead by example, develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) – eight (8) years of marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health care industry experience
  • Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Ability to effectively coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to business demands
  • Adept at problem solving and energized by fast-paced, complex work environment
  • Previous experience with integration projects and/or highly-regulated industries
  • Exercises and enjoys attention to detail
