Our client currently has two openings on their team for an Account Coordinator/Project Specialist. This is a contract position for 6 months however, if desired, this has good potential to extend far beyond and/or convert to a permanent employee. Fantastic opportunity to get into the healthcare industry.

In this role you will submit requests to Workfront on behalf of markets and Account Manager. Ensure that projects are labeled correctly and clearly, and that discovery and business readiness documentation is included with request.

  • Familiarity with project management systems such as Workfront, Basecamp, etc. (Experience with Workfront is a plus.)
  • Manage tasks and timelines, working with partner project managers to ensure work moves forward.
  • Schedule meetings with stakeholders, marketers and internal partners.
  • Review website content, assets (imagery, video, PDFs) during content development process. Perform user acceptance testing before new pages or page updates go live.
  • Support management of overflow and backlog work for website maintenance.
  • Stay up to date on status of current projects.
  • Provide coverage across the digital team when needed for account management or coordinator roles. Cross-train to provide backup coverage.

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience or familiarity with analytics, website metrics and setting up reports, specifically Adobe if possible.
  • Familiarity with project management systems such as Workfront, Basecamp, etc. (Experience with Workfront is a plus).
  • Some knowledge of website and digital best practices is needed in this role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Be adaptable and resourceful (able to problem solve and be self-sufficient, tap into existing resources).
  • Be flexible (able to deal with ambiguity and move work forward).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and multi-task.
