Antenna is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator (20 hours/week W2 contract role) to orchestrate key activities for the Antenna brand, with a focus on content creation, social media, event management, and analytics. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing a variety of tasks while collaborating across all functions of the business (sales, recruiting, operations, and leadership). This role is a great fit for a marketer who thrives under guidance versus direction.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the following areas:

Social Media

  • Oversee the planning and execution of Antenna’s social media strategy
  • Community management of all social channels, including posting, responding, and coordinating with internal employees to publish Antenna content
  • Adhere to Antenna’s voice and tone documentation to make sure communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with company positioning and values
  • Leverage brand guidelines and social design templates to create social posts
  • Implementing Google Analytics and Pardot tracking URL’s, monitoring social post-performance, and using these insights to inform future content efforts

Content Planning and Creation

  • Own and manage Antenna’s content plan and calendar
  • Lead the creation of blog posts, landing pages, and social content
  • Create and manipulate branded design templates in Canva or Adobe
  • Write and edit for the Antenna blog, social channels to reflect brand voice and tone
  • Own and manage the distribution of Marketer, Antenna’s monthly newsletter
  • Support marketing automation efforts through Pardot, including Marketer distribution, creation of nurture streams, and creating additional email templates
  • Contribute to the development and creation of new content ideas and topics
  • Manage relationships with external creative partners

Event Management

  • Lead coordination and execution of marketing communication strategy for all Antenna and The Way We Work virtual events
  • Coverage of events in the form of real-time social engagement and post-event recaps on the Antenna blog
  • Lead coordination of Antenna award submissions

Analytics

  • Analyze and share insights on data gathered from .com, social and email by running reports and populating key metrics in the marketing dashboard
  • Ensure data integrity and promote best practices for marketing related data in Salesforce and Pardot

Brand

  • Understand, and advocate for, the established Antenna brand positioning, messaging, and identity system used throughout all marketing materials
  • Ensure internal teams and partners are following brand guidelines, voice, and tone and closely partner with Antenna leadership for review and approval

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Passion for content creation, creativity, analytics, and getting work in-market
  • Ability to work with external and internal partners to manage both strategic and executionol marketing activities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong project and event management skills

Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or communications
  • 1-3 years marketing experience
  • Comfortable in Microsoft Office, working on a Mac, and leveraging a variety of creative and technology tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing
  • Working knowledge a Salesforce and Pardot is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to get work in market and articulate its level of effectiveness
