Marketing Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

We currently have a part-time 20 hours a week remote opportunity with one of our clients here in the Twin Cities. They are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator contractor that can support the marketing team by managing and supporting key tactical projects to allow the business and team to run effectively. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager Brand on projects related related to franchisees and processes.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in marketing operations and day-to-day process implementations for locations when they are opening, closing, transferring ownership and relocating (be the checks and balance)
  • Coordinating tasks with other local and global marketing teams as needed
  • UAT of tasks to ensure all is working as expected
  • Communicating and escalating issues as needed
  • Validate internal systems
  • Troubleshoot any franchisee transition issues
  • Manage the tactical repetitive marketing operations process for the franchisees

Skills

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent task/project-management and prioritization, especially when validating platforms and website
  • Looking for a solution oriented mind, someone who can troubleshoot if something does not work as expected and understand additional impacts
  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and communicates/escalates as needed, we are a fast-paced environment. Communication and transparency are important.
  • Familiarity with marketing is a plus
  • Good understanding of Excel

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or another related field
  • Ability to effectively work with agencies and franchise partners.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships and able to effectively work with others to execute projects
  • Excellent computer skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to work in a fast- paced environment
  • Flexible and positive disposition to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Proven effectiveness in time management, organization, and communication
  • Ability and desire to work independently
