Our healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Manager - Direct for a permanent/contract-to-hire position. In this role, you will support franchisee expansion by managing direct marketing/direct mail programs and connecting initiatives to national programs. If you have 5+ years of marketing and campaign management experience and are looking for a new challenge, please apply!

This role requires some in-person meetings, so local candidates to Minneapolis, Minnesota are preferred.

Position Overview

This role is focused on developing and managing direct marketing/direct mail campaigns to generate new leads. Collaboration is key as you ensure alignment between cross-functional partners including agencies, sales, operations, and franchisees.

  • Manage programs/campaigns from concept through post-program analysis
  • Manage print vendor relationship and negotiations
  • Oversee and manage project timelines and deliverables with internal and external partners
  • Review data from various sources (include AI-based print campaign analytics) and provide insights and recommendations for program enhancements
  • Write light copy for direct mail

Personal Skills

  • Creative experience is a huge plus
  • Ability to make decisions and own it
  • Desire to bring strategic ideas to the table

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Marketing experience that can create an immediate increase in direct-mail performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, or related field
  • Franchise experience, account management, or similar experience desired
  • Solid analytical background
  • Direct mail experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information, identify issues and their causes, and use good judgment in making decisions to resolve issues
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines and staying on budget
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
