We are working on a new contract-to-hire opportunity for a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing, and analyzing our healthcare client's marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales and business development to ensure consistent branding and create sales
  • Branding and Corporate Communications; excellent writing skills required
  • Lead marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Oversee and analyze performance and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop marketing strategy and plan
  • Provide creative direction to internal and external creative resources to ensure creativity is delivered in a compelling and concise manner
  • Create consumer marketing campaigns for each customer based on change management concepts that are inclusive of all our client's programs
  • Manage the execution of each consumer marketing campaign ensuring projects are high quality, on time, within budget, and aligned with customer objectives

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience of consumer marketing experience, health care marketing, or other highly regulated industry
  • 5+ years of experience interacting with customers
  • 6+ years of demonstrated success leading large, complex B2C communication projects that exceed marketing campaign benchmarks
  • 6+ years of demonstrated success applying integrated marketing best practices and tools, including some mix of print, digital/social, and video.
  • 6+ years of experience analyzing and using data to inform consumer marketing strategies
