Antenna is in search of an experienced Marketing Manager to support for one of our clients. In this hybrid, 12-month contract to hire opportunity where you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the strategic planning and execution of original content across media channels, with a heavy focus on social media, to generate awareness and affinity for brands. Will deliver content plans in support of growth objectives while increasing brand awareness and brand engagement. Works cross-functionally with brand teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and develop creative content that drives growth. Analyze and measure insights to report on social KPIs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the content strategy, creation, and execution of assigned brands. Work in collaboration with cross-functional partners including brand marketing, design, multi-media, Consumer Experience, PR, IT, and others
  • Writes original copy in brand voice for various media: social, websites, email, scripts, & print marketing materials, offering ingenuity and creativity, communicate meaningful message, and stimulates action by the reader. This is done in with the design and multimedia team members
  • Manage the content planning, strategic vision, and reporting for business unit social platforms
  • Develop and execute communication strategies across media channels to achieve marketing objectives. This may include owned, paid, and earned channels
  • Develop and/or work with creative team/agency partners to develop industry-leading creative assets
  • Contribute thought leadership for social media and cultural trends that are relevant for the organization to be aware of
  • Identify and capitalize on social media trends that align with the brand vision and marketing strategies
  • Administer all assigned brands’ social media accounts ensuring high quality, timely, content and ensures proper and consistent use of distinct brand tones and ideas that improve the content and messaging
  • Develop and advocate brand standards across social channel profiles and individual assets
  • Oversee paid media promotions on social platforms from creating paid assets and managing a budget to consumer targeting and campaign ROI
  • Develop and manage community management guidelines and recommendations for and communication regarding product, service, customer accounts, app, etc
  • Partner with the Consumer Experience team to ensure brand voice and quality are met by team members during consumer engagement and collaboration on areas of need
  • Gather, analyze and communicate on digital and social media KPIs to stakeholders native insights, social management, and website analytic tools. Suggest based on reporting and insights
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns in areas such as communications, culinary, PR, promotions, events, sponsorships and giving

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Well-versed in paid social advertising, including an understanding of targeting tools and media platforms; the ability to think both analytically and creatively
  • Strong understanding of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, with additional platforms a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Communications, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Demonstrated experience in social media publishing, monitoring, and analytic tools
  • Strategic understanding of where Social media fits into overall brand marketing goals, objectives, and plans
  • Organic and paid content strategy, creation, and execution across a variety of an ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Exceptional creative writing for marketing communications projects is essential to this position
  • Copywriting in brand voice to communicate a key message
  • Strong understanding of key social media KPI metrics and expertise in translating data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
