Opportunity Overview

  • This is a contract-to-hire role (you will eventually convert to a permanent employee of this client)
  • Someone with broad experience would be best in this role (not specialized in only one area of digital marketing).
  • This is a doer role who participates in strategy. Has great growth potential to manage a team in 1-2 years as they are growing fast.
  • Their first priority in this role is email marketing, but really are looking for a digital generalist who is comfortable with CRM and marketing cloud integration with any email platform.
  • Must be able to do soup to nuts of email marketing campaigns.
  • Needs someone who can schedule emails, push emails out of Pardot and do analytics.
  • In this role, you will do all aspects of an email marketing campaign, analyze the data and answer the why questions.
  • Ensures consistent brand voice and user experience across all digital marketing campaigns. Would love someone who is comfortable writing subject lines, call-to-actions – they have writers so, this is a plus and not a requirement.

  • Must be nimble, work in ambiguity, agile, flexible day-to-day with a can-do attitude – someone comfortable with disruption.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creates, builds, tests, and deploys emails in alignment with the content calendar. Offers recommendations for what to test and subject lines deploys emails within Pardot and provides post-program analysis/insights.
  • Coordinates and implements all-digital campaign initiatives with Marketing, Clinical, Sales, and digital marketing partners.
  • Consistently tracks, measures, and analyzes all initiatives to show progress against KPI’s and ROI.
  • Work with digital strategist on developing insights with the analytics.

Digital Marketing Advisor:

  • Partner with the Clinical Research team and their digital recruitment firm who solicits patients for clinical studies. You will assist them with Ads, A/B testing, etc. focused on generating interest with potential participants. You will monitor their digital ads to see if they are working and basically be the marketing support for this team and join their weekly calls.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with email, CMS, digital analytics, SEM, SEO, or website marketing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and conversion.
  • Knowledge of email best practices and platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other similar applications).
  • Experience with marketing automation and sales enablement tools (such as Pardot/Salesforce).
  • Basic HTML skills.
  • Experience working within a website CMS (such as WordPress).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment yet independently productive.

Beneficial Experience:

  • Experience with website analytic tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience within medical devices or healthcare is strongly preferred
