We currently have a Demand Generation 100% remote opportunity with one of our healthcare clients here in the Twin Cities. This role will work closely with the Field Marketing Person to manage leads. In this role, you would be responsible for tracking and processing incoming leads. This person will track and set up scoring, work with the Field Marketing partner to set up nurture streams to keep in front of potential customers and move them through the sales funnel towards conversion. This individual needs to know how to quantify success/conversion rates, etc.

General Responsibilities

· Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.

· Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.

· Work closely with other departments (including Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, BU Management, Segment Marketing, Marketing Operations) in the execution of campaign tactics.

· Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.

Specific Responsibilities

· Develop, manage, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals across multiple sales organizations.

· Create programs for all stages of the funnel that includes generating new leads, nurturing them to generate MQLs, creating bottom-funnel programs to convert MQLs to opportunities, provide late-stage opportunity support to help close deals, and developing advocacy programs to achieve high retention

· Coordinate development of strategic messaging platform to drive provider segment marketing campaigns. Continually assess and evolve messaging strategies, ensuring maximum effectiveness and differentiation.

· Own deliverables across the entire marketing funnel, track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel, and create a predictable and healthy demand engine

· Identify pipeline metrics and routinely measure and report success of correlated promotional activities.

· Lead the execution of various marketing campaign tactics including, but not limited to, tradeshows, webinars, podcasts, pay per click advertising, digital marketing, etc.

· Work with internal and external stakeholders (including customers and third-party industry partners) to deliver theme-based content that is relevant to key personas.

· Drive regional marketing programs to support lead gen, prospecting, pipeline, and revenue generation programs

What are the requirements?

· Years of experience: 5+ years of marketing

· Education: Bachelors, MBA Preferred

What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?

· Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities.

· Proven demand management, customer marketing, and/or field marketing experience

· General understanding of customers, solutions, and the buyer’s journey, and how marketing tactics can be applied at various stages of the marketing pipeline.

· Working knowledge of CRM systems and processes, along with marketing automation tools and systems

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with the ability to build relationships across the organization (e.g. product, sales, marketing operations, etc.) and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals.

· General knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint)

· Strong PowerPoint/presentation

· Experience with Salesforce / other CRM and marketing automation systems
