This is a great contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who has healthcare and marketing automation/demand generation experience. You will start as an Antenna Consultant (with benefits) and eventually convert to a permanent employee of our healthcare client. In this role, you will be building and executing B2B marketing campaigns and will serve at the hub of events, demand generation, and nurture streams.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional marketing programs to support lead gen, prospecting, pipeline, and revenue generation programs (all stages of the funnel including retention)
  • Own deliverables across the entire marketing funnel, track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel, and create a predictable and healthy demand engine
  • Continually assess and evolve messaging strategies, ensuring maximum effectiveness and differentiation and ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey
  • Work closely with other departments in the execution of campaign tactics
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement
  • Collaborate with the Product Managers to determine the communication strategy and target audience


Required Qualifications:

  • Deep experience in healthcare and knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management
  • Experience in a large, highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to lead marketing initiatives – brief-strategy and get people going in the right direction
  • Experience developing lead generation and nurture campaigns
  • Proven ability in identifying pipeline metrics and reporting program results
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation software (Eloqua or similar/other)
  • Knowledge of project management software
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare
