Antenna has a 6-month opportunity for a Change Management Consultant specializing in organizational efficiencies with our client in the Twin Cities metro. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance to teams to increase workflow efficiencies in a way that effectively promotes our client’s culture. This is a great opportunity to help employees understand, prepare for and adopt change.


Change/Communication Planning

  • Works closely with the Program Owners to build and execute Change and Communication plans including deliverables, outcomes, and key milestones to support program goals
  • Leverages the Change Management Framework; utilizes best practices, tools, and resources to ensure a consistent approach is executed across impacted stakeholder groups and partners

Stakeholder Alignment & Engagement

  • Conducts stakeholder assessments to define impacted audiences and recommend actions to drive alignment and engagement across all impacted groups
  • Documents change impacts by policy, process, technology, analytics, and people/organization
  • Collaborates with the Program core team and the GSC Change/Comms Leads to ensure alignment of stakeholder groups and communication engagement plans to support adoption
  • Partners with the program owners to ensure they have the information needed to effectively lead change and communicate expectations to impacted teams to drive alignment and user adoption
  • Collaborates with and maintains connections to the broader GSC initiatives; Workstream Leads, PMs, and GSC Change/Comms Lead to integrate specific change and communication activities into the broader initiative as appropriate
  • Problem solves barriers and challenges to change to drive user adoption

Communication Delivery

  • Executes communications to plan and collaborates and aligns with the GSC Change/Comms Leads to understand and leverage existing communication channels, messaging guidelines, and the overall GSC employee communications strategy
  • Incorporates feedback mechanisms and metrics into communications and engagement plans to gauge the effectiveness and adjust strategies and tactics as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and leading change management strategies that support large scale process/technology projects and/or transformational initiatives
  • Experience implementing best-in-class change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Proven track record of delivery, possesses a results-oriented mentality, and is highly effective at coordination, execution, and follow-up focused on the critical priorities to drive results
  • Ability to influence and develop a trusting relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to strategically synthesize to draw out key themes, trends, and risks
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and facilitate discussions
